Tension and Mishaps - Transits for the Week of July 15th

Feeling the tension?

Mars is conjunct Uranus today, and both are conjunct the fixed star Algol. In addition, Mercury is about to square the whole lot. Tension, mishaps, and sudden change are on the menu. The week ahead looks to be a doozy, especially for fixed signs. But it doesn't have to be so bad.

Today, I was going to drive my mother to meet my sister, who just got home from a grueling 20 hour flight after multiple delays. We were going to take my mom's car, only for it to refuse to turn over. We did our best to troubleshoot and determined it was the alternator. Then I went outside to move my car for accommodate the tow truck, where I discovered that my car wouldn't shift gears properly. All three of us were hit over the head with sudden transportation problems!

But in many ways, I was lucky. My car got stuck in neutral, so I was able to push it easily. The tow truck driver kindly offered to help me for free, and showed me not only what was wrong but how to fix it in the future.

If either my mom's car or mine would have malfunctioned at another time, neither of us would have had the knowledge or capacity to handle it on our own. So the frustration this morning was actually a blessing, because now both issues can get fixed quickly and permanently.

So when you're frustrated in the coming days, try to ask yourself why the universe is showing you this problem now, and if maybe confronting the issue now can save you heartache in the future.
